Nominal value: 10 Egyptian piasters per share.
The company is a family-owned business owned by the family of Mr. Mohamed Al-Karabigy.
Shareholders and company managers possess extensive experience in real estate investment, food industries, import, and export.
The company owns an administrative and commercial building covering an area of 4,000 square meters in Sheikh Zayed City. The building consists of a ground floor for commercial purposes and 4 repeated floors for administrative use. The company has sold a portion of the building and rent out another part, while the remaining spaces are available for rent or sale. They have leased out a space of 1,377 square meters. There's a remaining area of 2,884 square meters available for sale or rent.
